An opportunity exists for an experienced Research Consultant to join our knowledge management team. Based in Melbourne, this role will support our Growth Solutions service line, a business within Deloitte’s which offers an array of business services tailored to the engine room of the Australian economy; emerging, mid-market and fast-growth businesses.
The focus of this role is to provide strategic research services to support client management and acquisition programs within Growth Solutions. This opportunity will see you build relationships with senior management, working with them to understand their research needs to provide specialised industry and client information. You will be working in a wider team of Researchers, Knowledge Management Consultants and a Business Development team.
In order to be considered for this busy and challenging role, you will need to demonstrate the ability to consult effectively, share your research know-how to a broad range of internal clients, build relationships, be credible and confident as well as having well-honed research skills.

- Experience providing research in corporate or professional services environment.
- Experience using online research databases (e.g. IBIS, Factiva, OneSource, Bloomberg).
- Degree qualified, Knowledge Management or alternative field.
- Presentation and/or report writing skills
- Information synthesis, analysis and presentation skills.
