Has anyone come across this research study by Altimeter/Wetpaint?
I've referenced it in a number of social media strategic projects that i'm currently working on. It looks at the world's largest brands and their social media presence detailing how they source/attract and retain talent. Great report.
For those in recruitment, specifically in sourcing - I find that one of my challenges is mesauring ROI and for management this is clearly an major interest. This report provides casestudies on how some organisations operate their sourcing/research team function and gain the most benefit from all involved which is always interesting to read about (well for me anyway!)
This looks great, I am definitely going to have a read through. Its also interesting to note that one of the authors Charlene Li is co author of the book Groundswell and used to work for Forrester, who produce some great research in the area of social media. Great find :)
